She is survived by: her spouse John J. Koslap; her daughters, Mary Koslap-Petraco (Nicholas) of Massapequa Park, NY, Mildred Sanchez (Kathy), Harrison Pilinick and Suzanne Pilinick (Michael) of Fort Myers, FL.; her brother Alison Bliss of Cottonwood, AZ.; and her grandsons, Nicholas, John, Gregory, Alexander and Aaron.
