He was predeceased by: his son John Monaco; and his former wife Marie Pietrofeso Monaco. He is survived by: his siblings, Marie Delaney (Robert), Theresa Bologna (Patrick) and Alexis Monaco (Linda); his daughters, Daniella Mancini (Ralph) and Gabriella Monaco; his grandchildren, Amanda Mancini Urmston (A. J.), Gia Mancini and Ralph Mancini, Jr.; and his close friend Christina Nakraseive.
