He was predeceased by: his parent Josephine Bloomer (Schmidt); and his son Harry J. Bloomer Jr.. He is survived by: his parent William Bloomer; his spouse Audrey Maund; his children, David Ballantine, Mary Ellen Ballantine (William) and Robert (Jean) of San Antonio; his sister May Cusack of Dobbs Ferry; and his sister-in-law Vera Maria Guimaraes of Nova Friburgo. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 21 nieces and nephews.
