She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John DeVivo and Rose DeVivo; her husband Benjamin Van Dekker; her children, Angela Outhouse (Robert), John Van Dekker (Jessica) and Carl Van Dekker; her grandchildren, Melissa Dinsmore (Ron), Danielle, Michael Moray, Jackson, Violet and Elyse Van Dekker; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Grayson. She was also cherished by many cousins, coworkers and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Angela Van Dekker Endowed Financial Aid Fund Scholarship which Fordham University graciously honored her with upon her retirement.
