It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rocco J. Lauria (Hartwick, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on April 14, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Lauria and Norma Lauria (Bice); his great grandchildren, Mea Grace Stoecklin and Kyle Joseph Seamon; and his sister Philemena Janet Tufts (Phyllis).
He is survived by: his wife Louise B. Lauria of Hartwick; his children, Melody Ainsworth (Chris) of Rochester, Teresa Hickling (Brian) of Edmeston, Brian Lauria of Hartwick, Jeffrey Lauria (Dana) of Erieville and Kevin Lauria of Mont Vernon; and his sisters, Doris Gould (Bud) of New Berlin and Dolores Maxson (Bob) of West Edmeston. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
