He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Johnson and Kathleen Paige Stovel Johnson; his son Marc Wendel; and his brother Lawrence E. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his children, Kris Johnson Floyd and Fern Fenderson Johnson; his son-in-law Alfonso Floyd Jr.; his grandson Alexander Ellis Floyd; his brother Ronald S. Johnson; his brother-in-law John Avignone of Silver Spring, MD.; and his friends, Lord and Thomas George Johnson. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the One Community Church (2400 State Hwy 121, Plano, TX 75025). Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ferncliff Cemetery (280 Secor Rd, Hartsdale, NY 10530).
