“I have had the pleasure of being Harold's neighbor for the past four years. He was always friendly and engaging, but more than that, someone who was kind and gracious. He would always offer the use of any tools he had if I needed them and we occasionally gifted each other with simple meals and gifts of food. We feel sincere sadness with his passing and are still coming to terms with this new reality. He will be missed and not forgotten.”
