It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Scott Franck of Hartford, New York, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Queiroga (Varga) and Stuart Franck; his stepfather Manuel Queiroga; and his brother Robert Franck. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Guth; his children, Ruth Whitney (Kendrick), William Scott Franck II (Lacey Hayes) of Hartford, NY, Elizabeth, Michelle Franck and Kirk Scott (Amy); his brother Michael Franck of Waterbury, CT.; and his grandchildren, Braden, Kile Whitney, William Scott Franck and Madelyn Hutsenpiller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
