He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bush and Phyllis Bush (Blackington); his brothers, Alvin and Kurt; his brother-in-law Don Davis; his former wife Roberta Ingersoll; and his father-in-law Robert Ingersoll.
He is survived by: his sister Alice; his children, Anthony Bush (Lori), Shane Bush (Christina) and Amy Bush; his mother-in-law Arlene Ingersoll; his siblings-in-law, Ken Ingersoll and Marlene Brynes; his wife Joan Rojcewicz Bush; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Rojcewicz, Constance Rojcewicz and Theresa Neiertz. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
