He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Arthur and Josephine Schroeder (Taylor); and his daughter Charise Stanton. He is survived by: his children, Gerald John Schroeder (Samantha) of Hartford, Cathleen Jo Schroeder-Proulx (Josh) of Fort Edward and Major Craig M. Anderson (Iricel) of Newberry, UK; his grandchildren, Esmee Anderson, Juliet Anderson, Arthur Stanton, Jr., Walton Stanton and Jaeda Stanton; his siblings, Barbara Beecher (Lawrence) of Hartford, Pamela Helinski (John) of Granville and John Gerald Schroeder (Tamara) of Queensbury; and his pets, Max, Uhtred and Eowyn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
