He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl F. Clark and Aurore Clark (Dessaint); his sister Emilie Y. Ravena; and his parents-in-law, Ralph D. and Marilyn L. Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Beth M. Clark of Hartford; and his siblings, James E. Clark, Sr. (Sandra) of Queensbury, Keith J. Clark of Salem and Karen K. Hall (Larry) of Queensbury. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
