He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Cutler and Dorothy Syme. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his siblings, John Cutler (Reggie) and Evelyn Schramm; his children, Kenneth Cutler, Jr. and Susan Sirois; and his stepchildren, Becky Campney and Jeff Ward. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
