It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helene (Nichols) Tripp of Hartford, New York, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Nichols and Nina Nichols (Wheeler); her husband Myron Tripp; and her stepchildren, Shirley Tripp and Tim Tripp.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Barbara Lapan (Paul) and Walter Tripp (Patty); her stepdaughter-in-law Rosemary Tripp; her grandchildren, Greg Lapan (Janet), Monica Pollack (Brian), Marcia Goodrich (Corey), Jason Tripp (Krissy) and Daryl Tripp (Jen); and her sisters-in-law, Linda Hanna (Walt) and Joyce Tripp. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
The family suggests that donations in Helene's name be made to either the Argyle Emergency Squad, 15 Sheridan Street, Argyle, NY 12809 or to the Hartford Yoked Parish, P.O. Box 40, Hartford, New York 12838.
