He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Rogers and Etha Rogers (Thorton); his siblings, David, Warren, Cecil Rogers, Ida Hamilton (Clifford), Bertha Marcellus (Milton) and Iva Moyer; and his great grandchild Ava Riley Graveline.
He is survived by: his wife Faith Bresett; his daughters, Vickie Backus (James) of Harrisville and Crystal Seymour (Darrell) of Harrisville; his siblings, Lyle Rogers, Lois Burns (William), Carol Shampine (Virgil), Sheila Groff (Larry), Brenda Macaulay (Michael) and Etha Holly Cobb (Raymond); and his grandchildren, Amber Seymour, April Seymour Ritz (Jordan), Jaime Tidaback (Ray), Amanda Lancaster (Phillip), Lindsay Weber (Jeff) and Samantha Bennett-Wagner (Jonathan). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
