He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Evans and Alice Evans; and his siblings, Ivy Evans, Cyril Evans, Irene Evans and Eva Evans.
He is survived by: his spouse Vada Caswell Evans of Harrisville; his daughters, Kathleen Evans of Harrisville, Susan Evans Esposito (Paul) of Seminole and Marsha Haas of Harrisville; his grandchildren, Jerry Lettorale (Sandy) of New Jersey, Shawn Poole (Bobby) of Gouverneur, Paul Esposito (Adriana) of New Jersey, Nicole Esposito (Adam) of Florida and Ian Haas (Alla) of New York; his great grandchildren, Mercedes, Matthew, Lilliana, Mariano, Santino, Alessio, Alexis, Cameron and Landon; and his great great grandchildren, Laiyla and Weston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
