She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Crane and Sadie Adele Gordon (Hall); her daughter Pamela McCarter (Doran); and her siblings, Floyd, Charles, Kenneth, Raymond, Freddie and Winifred Gordon.
She is survived by: her spouse Doran E. Waugh; her children, Edward G. Waugh, Constance Roese (Jerry) of Forest Hill, MD and Patricia Scott (Kenneth) of Watertown; and her daughter-in-law Diane Waugh of Jackson, NJ. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothy's honor may be made to Jefferson County Hospice, St. Frances Solanus Church (Harrisville, NY), St. Patrick's Church (Watertown, NY), or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
