She is survived by: her husband Clyde Frank Jr. (Sam); her children, Michael John, Michelle Rene, Lynne Marie, Julie Anne, Scott William, Christopher Stephen and Danielle Elizabeth; and her sister-in-law Mary Alice Frank. She is also survived by grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
