Serafina Battaglia Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2024, at the age of 100, Serafina Battaglia (Harrison, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincenzina Battaglia (Sarnelli) and Angelo Battaglia; her children, Marie-Adele and Anthony; her husband Tony Porchianello; her brothers, Sal and Nick; and her nephew Michael Battaglia.
She is survived by: her son Paul Giambrone (Doris); her grandchildren, Eric (Ximena), Karla (Christian) and Danielle (Matt); her great grandchildren, Connor, Logan, Kyle, Parker, Luke, Morgan and Amelia; her nephew Vincent (Elizabeth); and her niece Maria (Frank). She is also survived by many grandnieces, grandnephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many, many long time neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sera's name to the Lupus Foundation of America, American Diabetes Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Calvary Hospital.
