He was predeceased by: his parents, Libro Recchia and Barnarda Recchia; and his brothers, John, Achille, Domenic, Anthony, Bernard and Raymond Recchia.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Nardelli Recchia; his children, Debra Recchia Leone (Joe), Peter (JoAnn), Mark (Patricia) and Paul (Victoria); his grandchildren, Keri Leone Hartley (David), Joanna Leone, Liane Recchia Basso (David), Kathryn, Bernadette, Domenic and Sydney Recchia; his great grandchild Savannah Hartley; and his sisters, Gloria Camarda, Lena Lapore and Angelina Pergola.
