He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Cardi and Ida Cardi; his wife Kathleen Cardi; his brother Ralph Cardi; and his siblings-in-law, Frances Cardi and Daniel Rago.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Cardi (Roseann), Joseph Cardi (Lisa) and Richard Cardi (Karen); and his sister Virginia Rago.
