He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anthony and Elizabeth Rubeo. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sisters, Lois Hollander (William), Marietta Byrd (Steve), Betty Jean Rubeo and Joanna Rubeo Remsen; his siblings-in-law, Gerald Coviello (Joan) and Patricia Coviello; his nephews, Gerald Coviello (Maria) and Jeff Coviello (Lisette); his niece Jaclyn Rogewitz (Frank); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Giada, Lucia, Jerry, Chloe, Luc, Adriana and Frankie; and his godsons, Joe and Michael Piccini.
