He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Daly and Mary Daly; and his siblings, Ann, Joe, Donie, Liza and Pauline.

He is survived by: his former wife Christine; his brothers, Seamus and David Daly; his grandchildren, Brenna, Kieran and Maeve Macnamara; and also, Deirdre Daly Macnamara (Dan) of New Orleans and Colleen Anne Daly of New York City. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
