She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin R. Donnelly and Martha Conklin Donnelly; and her brothers, Benjamin St. John Donnelly and Kenneth O'Day. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Eagle Port Jervis, Theresa Kays (Larry Huguenot) and Douglas Celinko, Jr (Denise Harris); and her siblings, Hal O'Day, Harry Donnelly, Carol O'Day and Martha Johansky. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren Also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
