With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth E. Douglas of Harris, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on February 15, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester H. Moon and Florence M. Moon (Hoffman); her husband Lester H. Douglas Jr.; her brother Lawrence J. Moon; and her sister-in-law Gloria Moon.
She is survived by: her sons, Lester H. Douglas III (Tammy) of Pleasantdale, William A. Douglas (Patricia) of East Greenbush, David M. Douglas (Danielle) of Earlton and Charles G. Douglas (Erika) of Grafton; her sisters, Marilyn A. Smith and Gertrude E. LaDucer; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Smith and Irv LaDucer. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
