He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Rios and Haydee Aviles Rios. He is survived by: his wife Anna V. Caamano Rios; his children, Joseph J. Rios (Alexa Kaiser) of Chester and Danielle Matovic (Michael) of Rock Tavern; his sisters, Nilsa Santiago and Zeneida Valentin of Puerto Rico; and his grandchildren, Sean, Alaina and Juliana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & cousins.
