He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene Hogan; and his son Richard A. Hogan Jr.. He is survived by: his brothers, George Hogan of Clifton, NJ and James Hogan of Bricktown, NJ; his daughter Melissa Pasola (David Hogan) of Point Pleasant, NJ; and his close friends, Ramona Snedeker, Nancy Braman, James, Carol Marziale, William and Carol Soule. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
