He was predeceased by: his grandparent Merton Ramsden (Ethel); his parent Homer Elliott (Mertie); his children, Debbie Elliott-Davis and Edward Elliott; and his sister Mary Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jeff, Steve (Flo), Marty Jr, Ricki T. (Dawn) and David Vail; and his sister Sallie Hoover (David). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
