He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Shofkom and Lori Shofkom; his siblings, Rebecca Neville (Chris) and Christopher Shofkom (Jasmin); his nieces and nephews, Summer, Evangeline, Naomi, Carter and Jasper; and his aunts and uncles, Paul (Mary Shofkom), Jeff Kelly, Lisa Dibble, Tina Bailey, Tammy Dibble and Ashley Nelson.
His last act here with us was to save 5 other lives through donation.
