He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Devine and Joseph Devine, Sr.; his stepmother Betty Martha Devine; his siblings, Betty Jo Henson and William Devine; his grandsons, Nathan LaBarre and William Finch; and his final love Joanne Ryan.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Robinson (Dave), Michelle Button (Donald), Sharon Sarauw (Frederick), Misty Lou Finch (Jeffrey), Ileta LaBarre (DJ Snow) and Joseph Devine III (Linda Bennett); his grandchildren, Nolan Robinson (Megan), Ryan Robinson (Jessica), Troy Robinson, Donald Button (Marissa), Deeanna Cockerill (Stephen), Charlene Sarauw (Terry Harris), David Sarauw, Kaitlyn Bailey (Dustin), Ashley Perez, Macaulay Finch (Erica Champion), Matthew LaBarre (Jen), Liz LaBarre (Nick Layton), Leah Schultes (Ryan), Jacob LaBarre (Amanda Adriance), Cainan LaBarre (Hillary Morgan), Danielle Ellis (Nathanuel Jacobo) and Joshua Devine (Emily); his sister Connie Crowe; his extended family Bonnie Biggins (John); and his grandson Shawn. He is also survived by 31 great grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
