He was predeceased by: his father John D. Stankavage; and his uncles, David Stankavage and Keith Lamoreaux. He is survived by: his mother Sandy Straub; his siblings, Cheryl Stankavage and Paul Stankavage; and his stepmother Lucy Stankavage. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
