He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Rowe and Jennie Rowe; and his brothers, Carl, Lawrence, Bernard and Robert.
He is survived by: his daughter Robin; his son-in-law Mark Fendick; his grandchildren, Joshua, Randy and Tiffany; his sisters, Eunice (Cliff Huyck) and Grace Taylor; and his sisters-in-law, Esther, Frannie and Beverly. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
