He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Williams and Ruth B. Williams (Crocker); his brothers, Todd and Gene Williams; his son Glenn Williams; and his grandson Dillon Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Nina Williams (O'Connor); and his children, Poe Williams (Linda), Tim Williams (Pat), Mary Rambo (Ed) and Penny Bronson (Bill). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
