He was predeceased by: his wife Leitha; his son Edward W. Menhennett Jr.; and his sister Georgia Collins. He is survived by: his children, Debra, Gary Taylor of Myrtle Beach, SC, Lisa, David Butler and Reeves; and his brothers, John R. (Johnny Ralph) and Rick. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
