He is survived by: his parents, Nicole and Nikoloz; his stepfather Shane Mallory; his siblings, Justin, Trevor, Noah Mallory, Kate, Nia, Luka Chochishvili, Montessa, Jessica, Jason and Alexis Cummings; his grandparents, Charles Otis, Kate and Teimuraz Chochishvili; his aunts and uncles, Linda, Deano, Dawn, Ruso, Jose, Anna, Vienna, Mike, Clifford, Dee, Ringo, Wendy, David, Georgi, Zaza, Marika and Tamar; and his child Monteyah Bogart. He is also survived by several nieces nephews cousins and special friends.
