She was predeceased by: her husband John James Luby, Sr.. She is survived by: her son John James Luby, Jr.; her wife Sandra; her daughter Theresa Mitzel; her grandchildren, Angela Luby, Andrew Luby, Keith Mitzel, Bethany Mitzel, Julianna Mitzel, Benjamin Mitzel and Matthew Mitzel; and her siblings, Joan Little, Dorothy Walter, Nancy Kafka and Albert J. Kafka, Jr. (Buzz).
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to either the American Cancer Society, the National Kidney Foundation or the American Diabetes Association.
