He was predeceased by: his parent Justin Tingley; and his brothers-in-law, Philip Titus and Garth Grey. He is survived by: his parent Leona Reynolds Tingley; his siblings, Willard Tingley of New Milford, PA, Pat Bailey, JoAnn Titus and Jane Grey; and also Mildred Tingley of New Milford, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the American Legion Post #357, P.O. Box 429, Hallstead, PA 18822.
