He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Leonard and Doris Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Linda Leonard; his children, Scott Leonard (Jessica) and Penny Leonard (James Detwiler); his granddaughters, Kaia and Kenley Leonard; and his pet Becca.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hannibal American Legion Post 1552, 226 Rochester Street Hannibal, NY 13074, in Tom's honor.
