He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton "Gene" Stone and Margaret J. Grela; his brother Edward Stone; and his stepfather John Grela. He is survived by: his wife Sharon M. Stone; his sons, Thomas Stone of Hannibal, Timothy Stone (Wendi) of Sterling and Gene Stone of Hannibal; his sister Ann Marie Sawyer (Brian) of Oswego; his half-brother Stephen Grela (Nancy) of Delaware; and his grandsons, Aaron, Evan, Benjamin and Owen Stone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
