He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Roach and Viola Roach (Burdick); and his siblings, David Roach and Ann Rupert (Ross Rupert). He is survived by: his wife Josephine Ann Sova Roach of Hannibal; his children, Linda Lagoe of Oswego, Eileen Ternahan of Rapid City and Richard A. Roach, Jr. of Brenham; his brother Walter "Butch" Roach of Granby; his stepchildren, Marjorie Branchau of Scriba, Helen Dumas, Michael L Graham of Indiana, Richard L Graham of Fulton and Donald F Graham of Oswego; and his grandson Scott Harrington. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
