He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford and Evelyn Parsons (Fikes). He is survived by: his wife Betty Parsons (Thompsons); his children, Dale Parsons (Amy), Ray Parsons (Leah), Darren Parsons (Elizabeth), Ann Green (Karry) and Candy Skinner (Neil Palmer); and his sister Ellen Hoyles. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.
