She is survived by: her daughter Rose Pitcher (Douglas); her granddaughter Heather Ladd (Michael Simmons); her great grandchild Kailey Cappelletti; and her siblings, Sam VanHorn (Pat), Charles VanHorn, Robert VanHorn and Jean Martin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
