She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Gardner and Nancy Gardner (Morse); and her brother Jeff. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Griffin; her sons, Steven Griffin (Renée) and Brian Griffin (Tammy); her brother Philip Gardner (Wei); her sister-in-law Vivian Gardner; her grandchildren, Katie Gregg (Than), Beau Griffin (Lexus), Margaret, Emma, Connor, Gavin and Alison Griffin; her great grandchildren, Greyson, Teddy, Jack, Henry, Ruby and Molly; her goddaughter Daviah Walker; and her brothers, Jerry (Rosie), Dick (Sandy), Dave (Kathy) and Gary (Janet). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A truly selfless and generous woman, Linda made the pledge to be an anatomical gift for the SUNY Upstate Medical University and has requested that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to her favorite charity, Doctors Without Borders or Hospice of CNY.
