He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Shoults and Isabelle Gage Shoults; his wife Beverly Shoults; and his daughter-in-law Diane Shoults. He is survived by: his children, Michael Shoults of Fulton, Ronald Shoults (Kathy) of Fulton, Etta Shoults of Fulton, Jackie Shoults (Dianna) of Fulton and William Shoults (Kristi) of Oswego.
