He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fowler and Barbara Fowler (Axtell); his son Jeffrey E. Fowler; and his sister Gwen Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Fowler of Hannibal, NY; his son Brandon Fowler (Heather) of Parish, NY; his siblings, Mike Fowler of Fulton, NY, Ann Fowler of Oswego, NY, Jeanne Wolfurt (Gary) of Minetto, NY, Pam Harlequin (Keith) and Gail Bilow (Dennis) of Locke, NY; and his grandchildren, Sheldon Fowler and Baleigh Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
