He was predeceased by: his parents, Filbert Mastro and Olive Mastro; his sons, Frank Jr. and David Mastro; his sister Pat Mastro; and his grandson Scott Cook, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Mastro; his children, Lisa Brand, Tina Wallace (John) and Tony Mastro; his brother Dever Mastro (Charlotte); and his grandchildren, Dan, Dustin, Darick, Desteney, Dylon, David, Mia and John. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's name to the VA Hospital or The Cancer Society.
