Orr Jr. of Hannibal, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis V. Orr Sr. and Audrey Alexander Orr; and his brother Terry Orr. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Spinner Orr; his children, Rebecca Pickreign of Georgia, Jessica McNeil of Hannibal and Francis Orr (Diana) of Akron; and his siblings, Michael Orr of Cato and Barbara Orr of Syracuse. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
