She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Chatterson and Eileen Haines (Janaushek); her husband Thomas Simmons; her children, Danny and Christine; and her grandson Thomas "Tommy" John Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, William Simmons (Julie), Patti Sherman (Dave), Peggy Shepard (Duane), Sandi Simmons, Sam Simmons (Angela), Cindy Fountain (David), Catherine Murphy (Charles) and Mike Simmons (Heather); and her sisters, Carol Williams and Barbara Davis. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
