Cook of Hannibal, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Cook; and his sister Dawn Provost. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen S. Cook (Brown); his sons, David Cook Jr. (Susan) and Dan Cook (Jennifer); and his siblings, Kenneth H. Cook (Alexa), Sherry Ingison, Beverly Emry and Brenda Digennaro (Nicholas). He is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
