He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wilcox and Cindy Wilcox. He is survived by: his daughter Norah F. Wilcox; his siblings, Lynnet M. Lamb and William J. Wilcox (Cherri Davis); his nieces, Rachel Lynnet Scott, Jennah Brian Lamb and Emmah Gayle Lamb; and his nephew Mitchel Stephen Wilcox.
