She was predeceased by: her parents, George Meers and Alice Meers; and her son Pat Costello. She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Costello of Coxsackie; her children, Jim Costello (Karen) and Kathleen Harrington (Joe); her daughter-in-law Linda Costello; her granddaughters, Laura St (Jason), Krystal Barber (Josh), Freda Costello, Theresa Mesick (Dana) and Angelica Costello; her sister-in-law Mary Hulihan; her niece Trisha Rosato; her nephew Marty (Kristi); and also Silvi Rosato.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
